Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size

  • Free standard shipping 

  • International shipping costs vary by country and service level

  • Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

  • Order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase

  • Shipping confirmation with tracking information sent once your order is dispatched

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 10 days of delivery

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging materials intact

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost

  • To initiate a return, please email customer service with your order number and reason for return

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement

  • For cancellations after 24 hours but before shipping, a 10% processing fee will apply

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our return policy

  • To request a cancellation, please contact customer service with your order number as soon as possible

Custom Orders

  • Custom-sized or custom-framed orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

  • Production typically begins 48 hours after order confirmation

  • Custom orders are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping
